I have been working in mental health for 13 years. Working with my clients and supporting my clients has been a privilege and such a joy. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree in 2008 from Southern Arkansas University. In 2012, I pursued a Masters of Science in Addiction Counseling and in 2014 I received a Masters of Science in Professional Counseling. Most recently I obtained a Post Masters Certification in Marriage and Family Counseling. My passion is helping people. I believe in taking a collaborative approach when working with clients to help them reach their goals. I love to see change and if not change at least HOPE. “Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in rain and you feel the rain, but you are not the rain.” -Matt Haig
