Sandra K. Walton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Sandra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bard College and her master’s degree in Social Work from The Rockefeller School of Social Welfare. She has practiced clinical social work since 1989, including both program administration and counseling and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, families, and couples. She has presented papers on addiction as a public health concern at The University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica, and on managed care from a community health perspective in Kingston, New York. Sandra taught Social Psychology at a community college and has been published by the National Association of Social Workers, New York state chapter.

She treats a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns, including depressive and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, addiction concerns, grief and loss, anger and stress management, relational issues, lesbian and gay issues, and both women’s and men’s issues. Sandra is fluent in Spanish and is culturally competent in working with clients of Hispanic ancestry.
