Rachel Kelley

Position: LPC Associate

Rachel has primarily worked with children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults (4-35). Individuals seeking counseling from her will instantaneously feel a sense of feeling understood as a result of her kindness, genuineness, and warm smile. She provides a warm, compassionate, safe environment that focuses on helping individuals to identify areas that are hindering their happiness, development, and growth. Rachel focuses on the healing process through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which allows individuals to understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all directly connected. Rachel has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, marital dissatisfaction, delayed cognitive development, general social skills, personality disorders, mood regulation, ADHD/ADD, ODD, behavioral issues at (school, work, and home), etc. Rachel’s genuineness, warmth, and ability to understand others allow her to naturally and quickly foster a client-counselor connection. Rachel creates a counseling environment for individuals that is accepting, validating, empathetic, and healing. Rachel has yet to meet an individual she does not instantly connect with.
