Monica Tillery is an LPC-Associate who has been practicing since 2022. She earned her undergraduate degree in social work from Stephen F. Austin University and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. She brings a wealth of life experience as well as a social worker’s perspective to her counseling practice. Monica offers individual therapy to couples and adults experiencing a range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem. She provides a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients are met with empathy and compassion. Within an existential humanistic approach, Monica utilizes multiple therapeutic techniques to address clients’ issues. In her spare time, Monica enjoys spending time with friends and family (especially her two college-aged sons), indulging in relentless self-care, watching cooking shows, and traveling.
