Molly Propst

Molly received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University and her Masters of Science in Addictions Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with eating disorders, substance abuse/misuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity (ADHD, autism spectrum disorder). Molly‘s approach to mental health incorporates a variety of techniques to help you feel validated and heard, no matter what the presenting concerns may be. Molly sees each person as the unique individual they are and uses a holistic approach to encourage growth. She believes people can always learn new things from others, and is honored to to walk with you in your mental health journey. She’s affirmative of all walks of life and strives to provide a safe and collaborative environment. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, spending time with her partner and two cats, as well as finding a cozy coffee shop to spend time with friends.
