I work with teens, adults, and couples to tackle issues related to depression, anxiety, self harm, trauma/PTSD, life changes, and relationships, using an eclectic approach based on your individual needs. In addition to my clinical services, I also provide supervision to LMSW’s and MSW students who are also looking to focus in my areas of specialty. My undergraduate degree in Psychology was obtained from Connecticut College in 2003, followed by my Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University in 2005. My 18 years of experience in the mental health field spans working with teenagers who self harm to individuals with DID/PTSD to individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals.
