Born and bred in Massachusetts, Ms Curran enjoys 30+ years experience in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field. Her background includes work in outpatient, inpatient and residential substance abuse and psychiatric facilities. While holding an International certification as a Drug & Alcohol Professional, she conducted evaluations for the U.S Department of Transportation. Prior to moving to Texas, Ms Curran owned and managed a thriving outpatient counseling facility. It was during this time that she became a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for the Family Court in Worcester, Massachusetts, the 2nd largest city in New England. Many of the Court’s judges requested her for cases involving the most complex custody issues. COVID restrictions necessitated the need for Telehealth counseling appointments and Ms Curran became a full time psychotherapist with Talkspace, an Internationally known provider of mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
