Dr. Jessica Villarreal has worked with at-risk adolescents and high conflict families for over 17 years. She is a native of North Texas and received her Ph.D. in Family Therapy at Texas Woman’s University. Jessica has a deep affinity for helping survivors of sexual abuse and/or physical abuse, refugees, immigrants, and first-generation individuals. She utilizes a cognitive-behavioral and experiential approach to therapy in order to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
