We all go through obstacles in our lives and sometimes we need a helping hand to guide us in the right direction. I like to work in collaboration with my clients to help them find solutions. I offer a warm and safe environment. My objective is to help my clients build the tools they need to increase their awareness in order to help them decrease their unwanted thoughts and feelings. We work together to understand the connection between your thoughts and your body’s response to them. This understanding can help change your body’s reactions. I was brought up in a religious atmosphere. My upbringing helps me be sensitive to restrictions religion can play on a person’s thought and actions and provides me with the skills to help navigate these restrictions. Religion can also be intertwined in anxiety levels. I can help you learn to accept your anxieties through decreasing your unwanted thoughts.
