Elizabeth “Beth” Parrish is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in both private practice and school counseling. In private practice, she administered individual therapy and hosted psycho-educational groups for adolescents struggling with various mental health issues. As a school counselor she led many groups and administered individual counseling for her students. Beth has experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, family/relational issues, self esteem, self harm, trauma and abuse, stress, and grief. In private practice and as a school counselor, Beth has a lot of experience with adults and adolescents. Outside of counseling, Beth enjoys spending time with her two children, taking walks with her sweet dog Zoey, watching movies, and traveling. Beth is truly genuine, warm and caring. Her goal as a counselor is to encourage and motivate her clients as they work together through life’s challenges while beginning the process of healing and accomplishing their goals in a warm, empathetic, non-judgemental, and safe environment.
