Cindy has an extensive background in vocational rehabilitation counseling, working with individuals with both physical and mental disabilities for over 20 years. She is passionate about having the privilege to work alongside clients in discovering their individual strengths and assisting them with learning new, more effective ways of coping in an ever changing and complex landscape. Cindy works predominately with kids, teens, and adults. She utilizes an eclectic approach to working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, stress management, and women’s issues. She also helps clients adjusting to a new way a life with disability and offers career counseling. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients find their inner voice, discover new ways to cope and to thrive, so that they may live the life they truly desire for themselves. Cindy is a wife and mother to four children, ages 22 to 13 year of age. In her spare time, you’ll often find her at the soccer fields, cheering on her kids, and trying out new cooking recipes.
