I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) devoted to helping others through various life challenges. My mission as a LMFT is to listen, support and push clients to meet the goals that they set for themselves and families. I provide a client-centered practice to make my clients feel comfortable. Apple Counseling, where I provide my services, provides excellent care in a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment. Evening and weekend appointments are available. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Walden University in Minnesota and earned my Master’s Degree for Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Woman’s University. My clinical experience includes, but is not limited to, working with families, adults, adolescents, and couples facing anger issues, PTSD/trauma, infidelity, financial issues, life changing events, grief and loss, self-injury, and medical issues including disabilities. I am also a Prepare and Enrich facilitator for premarital and marital couples. My therapeutic goal is to help my clients identify their strengths, to face their challenges in an open, supportive environment that encourages positive personal growth.
